Utilities: Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, and Fridge Freezer

Access:  This is a not gated community. Drive way parking.

Cleaning fee is $150.00 plus tax, Pool heat is $25 per day plus tax. Tax is 13%

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $500 is due at the time of booking.
